Please fill out the following information if you’re interested in fostering a dog through Dogs Matter. The length of our foster care commitment varies widely based on each client’s situation, but typically 30-90 days.

You will receive an email copy of your responses. It can take up to 48 hours before we’re able to respond. Thank you for your willingness to open your home and foster with us!

Here’s How it Works:

  • Step 1:  Fill out a Temporary Surrender Application.
  • Step 2:  Upload at least 3 Photos of Your Dog.
  • Step 3:  Your Foster Coordinator will reach out to you directly.
  • Step 4:  We will get busy on your behalf to Find a Temporary Foster.
  • Step 5:  You can now Focus on Your Treatment & Recovery!
